This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds and returns for our services and the products recommended on our website.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.

1. Nutritional Consultation Services

Our primary offering is personalized nutritional consultation. The following refund policy applies to all booked sessions and packages:

A. Eligibility for a Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund of your consultation fee under the following condition:

  • You cancel your scheduled appointment by sending a written notification to contact@vanithasnutricare.com at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

B. Non-Refundable Scenarios

A refund will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time. This is because the time slot has been reserved specifically for you, preventing others from booking it.

  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without any prior notification.

  • Service Rendered: Once a consultation session has been completed, the service is considered rendered and is no longer eligible for a refund.

  • Package Services: For multi-session packages, refunds are only applicable for un-rendered sessions and are subject to the 24-hour cancellation notice for each scheduled appointment. Sessions already completed will not be refunded.

C. How to Request a Refund for a Consultation

To cancel your appointment and request a refund, please email us at contact@vanithasnutricare.com with your booking details. We will process your request within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

D. Rescheduling an Appointment

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. We will be happy to find a new time that works for you, subject to availability, at no additional charge.

2. Third-Party Products (From Our “Shop” Section)

This section of our policy covers products recommended in the “Shop” section of our website, which are ordered via a facilitated WhatsApp process.

A. Important Clarification: We Do Not Sell or Ship Products

Vanitha’s Nutri Care does not stock, sell, or ship any physical products directly. Our role is strictly to recommend products we believe in and to facilitate the ordering process by forwarding your request to a third-party vendor, manufacturer, or supplier.

B. Returns Policy

  • No Returns to Vanitha’s Nutri Care: We do not accept any returns for physical products, as we are not the seller.

  • All returns must be handled directly with the third-party vendor from whom the product was ultimately purchased. The return process, eligibility, and shipping costs will be subject to the specific return policy of that vendor.

C. Refunds Policy

  • No Refunds from Vanitha’s Nutri Care: We do not process or issue any refunds for physical products.

  • All refund requests must be directed to the third-party vendor. Your eligibility for a refund will be determined solely by the vendor’s refund and returns policy.

D. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you must contact the third-party vendor directly to resolve the issue. We can assist you by providing contact information for the vendor if needed, but we are not responsible for product quality, shipping errors, or damages.

3. Digital Products (e.g., E-books, Downloadable Guides)

From time to time, we may offer digital products for sale. Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of these goods, all sales of digital products are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been provided, it is non-refundable.
