Vanitha’s Nutri Care provides the following services:

  • Nutritional Consultation Services: Personalized online nutrition and dietetic counseling provided by a qualified Clinical Dietitian.

  • Informational Content: The website offers educational content, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, and recipes for informational purposes.

  • Product Recommendations (Shop): A curated section of third-party health and wellness products that can be ordered by the user through a facilitated process via WhatsApp.

2. Nutritional Consultation Services

  • Booking and Payment: To book a consultation, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and phone number. Payments for services must be made as per the instructions provided at the time of booking. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

  • Client Responsibility: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about your health, medical history, dietary habits, and lifestyle. The effectiveness of the service is dependent on your commitment and the accuracy of the information you provide.

  • Not a Medical Service: Our services are for nutritional guidance and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment from a physician. You should always consult your doctor before making significant changes to your diet or lifestyle, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that schedules can change. Please adhere to the following policy for cancellations and rescheduling:

  • Cancellation with More Than 24 Hours’ Notice: If you cancel your scheduled appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

  • Cancellation with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Show: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment (no-show), the appointment fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. This policy is in place to respect the time we have reserved for you.

  • Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule an appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

4. “Shop” and Third-Party Product Recommendations

The “Shop” section on our website operates under the following conditions:

  • Facilitation, Not Direct Sale: We do not stock, sell, or ship any products directly. Our role is to recommend products and facilitate your order with the third-party vendor via WhatsApp.

  • Order Process: By choosing to order a product, you agree to provide your personal and order details through WhatsApp. You acknowledge that your communication is subject to WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy.

  • No Warranty: All products are sold and fulfilled by third-party vendors. We make no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding the quality, safety, or effectiveness of any product. All issues related to the product, including shipping, returns, defects, or adverse reactions, are the sole responsibility of the third-party vendor.

  • Limitation of Liability: You agree that Vanitha’s Nutri Care shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the purchase or use of products recommended on our website. Your transaction is ultimately with the third-party vendor.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and blog posts, are and will remain the exclusive property of Vanitha’s Nutri Care.
